Turning to HRPeak’s work, Koca outlined the company’s recruitment and assessment technologies, including tools that help employers evaluate candidates and manage hiring. He also discussed how these services complement LinkedIn’s role in identifying talent.

HRPeak’s platform brings together assessment, applicant tracking and onboarding tools, alongside artificial intelligence applications for recruitment and talent management.

The evening brought together two connected priorities: helping businesses access the support needed to grow internationally and building trusted relationships among the professionals who can contribute to that growth.
