An Exclusive Dining Experience at COMO Metropolitan London

The Orientalist Spirits launches in the UK with “An Evening with Chef Mathew Leong” at COMO Metropolitan London, featuring Nordic-Asian cuisine paired with premium craft spirits on 28th-29th November 2024.

This November, The Orientalist Spirits, the pioneering all-Asian craft spirits brand, is set to debut in the UK with an exclusive two-night culinary event, “An Evening with Chef Mathew Leong.” Taking place at the luxurious COMO Metropolitan London in Mayfair, this unique experience is scheduled for Thursday, 28th November, and Friday, 29th November 2024.

Guests will embark on a gastronomic journey featuring a bespoke menu crafted by Chef Mathew Leong of the three Michelin-starred Re-Naa in Norway. The menu showcases a harmonious blend of Nordic seafood and Asian flavours, perfectly paired with The Orientalist Spirits’ premium craft beverages.

The evening’s culinary delights include dishes such as Hamachi Crudo, King Crab Chawanmushi, BBQ Hand-Dived Scallop, and Monkfish on the Bone, culminating in a refreshing Pumpkin Ice Cream dessert. Each course is complemented by innovative cocktails created by master mixologists Kaoru Takii from Mixology Salon Japan and Francis Madrigal, head mixologist at COMO.
